Will you re-stock a certain item?

We have no specific rule about re-stocking. When certain items sell quickly we will attempt to re-stock the sizes. Stay updated by checking our website!

How do I return an item?

Rooney will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Items sold for a discount or on Sale are not eligible for return. To send back goods, please email info@rooneyshop.com for a return authorization. Footwear that is categorized by a release date is not eligible for a return or refund. 

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Rooney will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Rooney Returns Office.

Sale items are final sale. We can try to accommodate exchanges on Sale items but please contact us first to make arrangements, we reserve the right to deny a claim. Some items may not apply. Items sold at Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We will offer a one time price match in the form of online or in store credit in the case of a recently discounted product that has been purchased within 7 days at regular price.

Have you received my returned order yet?

A confirmation email will be sent once we have received your returned goods. This may take 1-2 weeks after you have sent out the return.
