What form of payment do you accept?

Price Adjustment Policy:

As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, Rooney offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

- An item that was purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 14 calendar days of having placed the order.
- The item in question is still available on the Rooney website in the same style and size purchased.
- Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.

If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment. Failure to submit your request within the above-referenced timeframe will render your request ineligible for refund.

Price Match Policy:

If an item is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, Rooney will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:

- The online retailer must be an authorized retailer
- The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made
- The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price.
