What form of payment do you accept?

We accept the majority of credit cards available (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). You may also pay with your PayPal account, which is the easiest and works in almost all cases.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (but normally get processed same-day), once shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. Please make sure your email is correct when placing your order.

What’s the delivery time for my order?

• In Canada most orders will arrive between 1-3 days.
• For the US most orders will arrive in 1-3 days.
• International orders will arrive in 2-4 days.

How much does shipping cost?

In Canada

• In Quebec and Ontario:
• Shipping is Free on all orders (Fedex, UPS, Canada Post)
• Next-day priority courier (Fedex, UPS) is $25 CAD

Customs, Duties and other Border Fees

On all orders, ROONEY is not responsible for any Customs Fees, Duties or any other shipping-related fees incurred. Please do not refuse an order if you are asked to pay customs fees, we are not responsible for lost packages as a result of refused orders. Contact us and we will discuss the options with you for a successful delivery result.

Tax rates are calculated based on the province receiving the order.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes we can. You can choose an alternate delivery address upon checkout.

Price Adjustment Policy:

As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, Rooney offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

- An item that was purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 14 calendar days of having placed the order.
- The item in question is still available on the Rooney website in the same style and size purchased.
- Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.

If these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment. Failure to submit your request within the above-referenced timeframe will render your request ineligible for refund.

Price Match Policy:

If an item is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, Rooney will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:

- The online retailer must be an authorized retailer
- The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made
- The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price.
