Shipping fees and delivery times
All shipping services used by Rooney provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.
Days in the following shipping table refer to business days. An additional 0-2 business day processing time is required.
Canada:
Quebec and Ontario: Expedited parcel FREE (1-3 days), Xpresspost 4$ (1 day), Priority Courier $15 (next business day)
Other provinces: Expedited parcel FREE (2-7 days), Xpresspost 11$ (1-3 days), Priority Courier $30 (next business day)
USA:
Purchases below 200$, Xpresspost 18$ (3-5 days)
Purchases over 200$, Xpresspost FREE (3-5 days)
International:
Xpresspost , 50$ (3-5 days)
Priority Courier, 70$ (2-5 days)
Returns:
Rooney will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Items sold for a discount not eligible for return.
To send back goods, please email info@rooneyshop.com for a return authorization number.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Rooney will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Rooney Returns Office.
Canada:
Full returns from Canada will be subject to a 10$ restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
USA:
Returns from the U.S. must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Returns from the U.S. shipped through other companies than USPS will be refused.
Returns from the U.S. which qualified for free shipping will be subject to a 10$ restocking fee if the order total becomes lower than 200$ after the return.
All the returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.
International:
Rooney does not accept returns from outside the U.S. and Canada.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.
Duty and custom charges are not covered by Rooney Shop for orders made outside of Canada.
